If you are logging on for the first time, your User ID is your complete social security number with no dashes and your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For security reasons, you will be prompted to change your password immediately upon logging in.

Once you change your PIN, you can get online access virtually any time of the day or night at www.webaccountlink.com. In addition to transactions and account monitoring, you can take advantage of the extensive educational information available.
